I must be coming back as a cockroach

As if my karma wasn't already bad enough, I seem to still be on my way down:  I've enticed yet another innocent soul into the addiction of blogging.  Maybe cockroachhood is too good for me.  Perhaps a slug?

Please welcome Robert Rapier to the ranks of the 'net zombies.  His blog. R-Squared, appears to be mostly about energy issues; most posts focus on petroleum and ethanol, with some on other biofuels.  (And other Blogger users link to his posts, even though he's only been around about 2 months and The Ergosphere has been around over two years.  He's doing something right.)

If he's lucky he didn't have a social life to begin with, so he won't miss it. ;-)

FWIW, I'm reading his blog instead of completing work on my deferred post.  Blame him and his commenters for being more interesting than "work".

(Yes, I'll get my tongue out of my cheek someday.  But not today.)

Comments:
Welcome back, and thanks for the plug. You must have an awful lot of readers here, because 23 of the past 25 visits to my blog were referrals from here. That is amazing.

Just wanted to reiterate that your blog was the inspiration for mine. I could see that you were making a difference in improving awareness on critical energy issues, and I felt like it was important to make my own contribution (with a little encouragement from you, by the way).

As the Blue Boy pointed out, "Look at that covey of engineers scurrying across the kitchen floor when the light went on."

Comments to posts on Robert's blog really belong at his blog, not here.  Removing such material from its context is rude to Ergosphere readers.

It's doubly rude to comment here and not even provide a link to the material you're talking about.

Not my job (you could, if you wanted to).  Besides, you'd do people a bigger favor by linking to the specific discussion.

Welcome back, and glad you got home safely. Thanks for the link to R^2!
